1/2 pound bay shrimp, rinsed and patted dry
1-2 tablespoons dill, chopped
2-6 tablespoons creme fraiche
1 english cucumber, washed and sliced into 1/4" rounds
1. Mix bay shrimp, with the desired amount of chopped dill and creme fraiche. Season to taste with salt and pepper. (Can be made several hours ahead.)
2. Top each cucumber round with shrimp mixture and serve.
