Baked Salmon with Panko Crust Makes 4 servings 1/4 cup melted butter 3 tablespoons dijon 1.5 tablespoons honey 1/4 cup panko 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans 4 teaspoons minced parsley 4 salmon fillet pieces (about 6 oz each) salt and pepper 1. Preheat oven to 450°F. 2. Mix together the butter, mustard and honey is a small bowl. In a separate bowl, combine the panko, pecans and parsley. 3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and then place on a baking sheet. Brush the salmon generously with the butter mixture and then pack on the panko mixture, pressing to adhere. 4. Bake the salmon until cooked through, about 15 minutes. Serve immediately. |
