Guacamole 2 large avocados 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion 1/2 to 1 chile serrano, seeded and minced 1 large tomato, peeled and chopped 3 springs cilantro, chopped lime juice salt 1. Peel and seed the avocados and scoop flesh into a medium bowl. Lightly mash with a fork. 2. Add the onion, chile, tomato, cilantro and mix well. Season with a few drops of lime juice and salt. Serve immediately. |
