This recipe is for one rack of ribs, but it may be doubled as desired.
1 rack of pork loin ribs (usually about 8 ribs)
salt and pepper
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
4 tablespoons brown bean sauce
1 tablespoon garlic chile sauce
1. Prepare marinade by mixing the garlic, hoisin, brown bean sauce and garlic chile sauce in a medium bowl.
2. Salt and pepper the rack of ribs and then rub the marinade into the rack. Cover and let sit for at least one hour, but preferably overnight (refrigerated).
3. Preheat oven to 330°F and bake the ribs for about 90 minutes. Use tongs to pick up rack in the middle. If the rack bends over and splits, it is done.
