Serves 2


French 752 brown sugar cubes
4 dashes orange bitters
2 ounces gin
2 lemon wedges
prosecco, chilled
2 orange twists


1. Place a sugar cube in each champagne glass. Add 2 dashes of orange bitters and 1 ounce of gin per glass.

2. Squeeze juice of a lemon wedge into each glass (discard rind) and stir.

3. Fill each glass with prosecco and garnish with an orange twist.
