Best if marinated 1 day in advance
1 bunch green onions (whole)
1 bunch cilantro
3 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup ground bean sauce
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
whole chicken
1. Mix bean sauce & hoisin together in a bowl. Mix in the green onions, cilantro & garlic.
2. Squeeze off sauce from green onions & cilantro and stuff into chicken. Rub remaining sauce on outside of chicken and marinate, refrigerated and covered for 24 hours.
3. Preheat oven to 375 and roast until done, about 1 hour.
