Josh Friedland, of The Food Section, just published a nice homage to pork in The New York Times article entitled Pig is Big. It touches on everything from Berkshire/Kurobuta pork (Berkshire bacon is incredible, BTW) to bacon bracelets to pork inspired art to the ingenious and lovely Wake n’ Bacon.

I Heart Bacon in The NY Times!!! The pork pinnacle! I tried to bribe Josh at The Food Section with a Deep End Dining bib to get me into his article… he didn’t bite. Something about journalistic integrity, blah, blah, blah.
Megan,
You are truly the pancetta of the blog world.
Ha ha! Eddie, you’re too much.
Do you really have Deep End Dining bibs?
Thanks Kevin!
You know I do have Deep End Dining bibs… thongs too. Go check ‘em out at the store. Xmas is right around the corner!!
Eddie,
I thought you were joking! The bib is adorable… I wish they came in adult sizes. The thong is hilarious—and disturbing given your blog name.
